About Your Membership

Do both plans include the same benefits?

Yes. Monthly and annual billing include the same membership benefits. Annual billing costs $99 compared with $120 for 12 monthly payments—a savings of $21.

What does the annual assessment include?

One visual, non-invasive assessment of accessible plumbing components per membership year, plus a completed checklist, photos when appropriate, and prioritized recommendations. Concealed piping and specialized testing are excluded unless separately arranged.

Does membership make plumbing repairs free?

No. Members receive 10% off qualifying plumbing repairs and eligible fee waivers under the plan terms. Repair charges still apply.

Does priority scheduling guarantee immediate service?

Priority scheduling is subject to availability. Contact Frontier to discuss your service needs and available appointments.

Our water pressure coming in from the city was way too high and was putting excess pressure on our tank.
